Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Events Cashier is to welcome guests, collect appropriate event charges and accurate/efficient cash handling. All duties are performed in accordance with all policies, practices and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to property and provide a high level of service
  • Collect appropriate event charges from guests and input in POS system
  • Accurate and efficient cash handling and reporting
  • Flexible to work other event positions as needed
  • Answer basic property and DTLV questions and provide information
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned


  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional cash handling skills and working knowledge of POS systems
  • Able to effectively communicate in English in both the verbal and written form
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends 


  • One (1) year of previous cash handling and customer service experience in the hospitality or retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to obtain work card, health card and TAM
  • Must be 21+ years old
